1-to-1 Coaching - £65
The most personal way to train. Just you, me, and 60 minutes of focused coaching - wherever works for you.
Sessions can take place outdoors in your local park (I bring all the equipment), at a private gym or at your home. No commuting to an intimidating gym. Just a plan and a structure - the two things you were probably missing.
This is for you if you want someone in your corner every week - cueing your form, pushing you at the right moments, and making sure you're actually progressing. Most clients start feeling stronger and more energetic as soon as two to three weeks into the training. The jump in what you can lift in your first few months will surprise you.
Flexible - book week by week, no long-term commitment required.
Currently coaching in Hackney, Tufnell Park and Crouch End / Finsbury Park.
4-Week Programme — £280
The best place to start if you've never lifted before - or feel like you've never quite cracked it.
One 60-minute session with me per week, plus a bespoke programme written specifically for you to follow in 1-2 sessions on your own. You'll know exactly what to do, how to do it, and what weight to use.
This is perfect option if you don't even know when to start as it's about developing habits, promoting consistency and building confidence.
What's included:
- 4 x 60-min sessions with me (1 per week)
- Bespoke training programme for your independent sessions
- WhatsApp support throughout
- Nutritional guidance tailored to your goals
By the end of four weeks most clients have gone from "I don't know where to start" to "I actually know what I'm doing" - and that confidence doesn't go away.
Buddy Up — from £35 per person
Same coaching, shared session — and considerably more fun.
Bring a friend, sister, colleague, or neighbour and train together in a relaxed, non-intimidating way. I'll coach you both through a full 60-minute session, with the same attention to form and progression you'd get in a 1-1.
Works best when you and your training partner have similar goals — I'll make sure the session works hard for both of you.
- 2 people — £90 total (£45 each)
- 3 people — £105 total (£35 each)
